Boulevard - one of the main attractions of dumaguete city. Many people both filipinos and foreigners like to walk here, especially during evening or morning times. In the afternoon you will not find any people at boulevard, because it's so hot in the Phillipines. It will look something like this:
In the middle of Boulevard you will see monument of nuns staying in the boat.
At the end of Boulevard you can take a picture at the welcome sign board "I Love Dumaguete"
